This may be an obvious one to state but I’ve been reading so much lately how changing your lifestyle, making healthier choices in your diet and keeping your body rich in certain vitamins can really contribute to reduced anxiety levels and improvements in mental health.
Foods- Cutting out certain food and drink as previously stated on this thread-

Vitamins-Taking certain vitamin supplements to help make the keep the body calm and functioning healthy

Exercise- A good outlet of stress and helps boost self esteem whilst maintaining a healthy body in a physical aspect
Cutting out cigarettes, alcohol and drugs- I’m sure we’ve all heard the dangerous effects drugs can have on mental health but cutting out alchohol and cigarettes can help reduce anxiety levels.
