I like going for walks with my dog - I find the fresh air very very soothing and it can give me time to think and put things in perspective. Kind of get your mind in order?
I find sleep is the best thing for me to cope with my phobias and anxiety issues - I always try, but regularly fail, to get 8 hours a night. I can feel my anxiety levels rising when I have a lack of sleep.
Sleep is VITAL when looking to battle phobias and anxiety - the last thing you want is to wake up tense and anxious first thing in the morning, not a good start to the day!
