I’ve said it before on this forum but I’m a strong believer in positive thinking to help cope with phobia and anxiety.
It can sometimes be a struggle to stay positive especially when you feel you have nothing to be positive about but I think it would be nice if we all shared our tips on how we do our best to stay positive.
My tip would be to recognise your progress. I’ve been rock bottom with my anxiety and phobias before and I try and remember these times when I’m really suffering with my anxiety and think how much progress I’ve made so I know even more progress is achievable.
Think of the good things in your life. When you are feeling really negative make a list of all the things your grateful for in your life.
