I was just scrolling through now TV and came across this programme and I spotted this programme called- Extreme phobias, extreme cures. I haven’t managed to watch it yet but I’m planning to watch it tonight.It’s about extreme exposure therapy and from the episode guides of series 1 they deal with phobias such as birds, water, dogs and heights. I’m definitely going to give this a go but I was wondering if anyone else has seen it? I think its on sky 1 if you have a sky box.
