Please post one tip to help people beat phobias

Sleep! I find that a lack of sleep weakens my defences against phobia and anxiety. Is this the same for others?

Dont try to hide it, get help if it is impacting your daily life. You dont need to suffer in silence!

I also think sleeop is very important as it strengthens you in the fight against phobias. I suffer most when I am tired.
