For several years now, I have had issues with my sleep. It started when I got sick (probably with Covid),which gave me some health anxiety. Because I was so anxious, I wasn’t able to sleep, and now sleeping is a huge issue for me. I have a fear that I won't be able to fall sleep, or that I'll die from the lack of sleep. It's affected my life a lot, to the point i have to follow my sleep routine, and causes me a lot of anxiety. On really bad nights, I'm stressed and worried and too uncomfortable to even lay down. Has anyone who may have experienced this found a way to overcome this?
